Imma Trump Teams Up with Ruth Adjei on New Single “WAYE”

Rising gospel artist Imma Trump has released Waye, a new single featuring acclaimed vocalist Ruth Adjei. Out this week on all digital platforms, the track blends Imma Trump’s contemporary worship style with Adjei’s signature Pentecostal sound.

Waye, meaning “He Has Done It” in Twi, is a Highlife-infused anthem of gratitude and breakthrough. The release marks Imma Trump’s first major collaboration with a veteran gospel artist.

“Working with Auntie Ruth was a dream,” said Imma Trump. “Her excellence pushed me to go deeper. Waye is our thanksgiving to God for turning situations around.”

Adjei, known for Woyɛ Yesu feat. Christiana Attafuah and Awurade Yɛ, called the project “Spirit-led,” adding: “This song reminds us that God’s faithfulness is constant.”
